Walking on water?: Hypercharged ionic hydrogen atoms giving special buoyancy qualities to Jesus' feet created by...researchers. The Resurrection: a harmless little myth disproven by science and morality by...researchers.
The "Costly and Painstaking" part = you, the taxpayer, will pay a lot of money for this. And it will be painful.
